Email notifications are connected through website@willgetsitdone.ca. You can update SMTP settings or send a test email here.

Maps & Navigation

Browser map token displays embedded maps. Server routing token powers address lookup and route previews. Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze links work even without Mapbox. Do not paste secret Mapbox tokens into customer-visible fields.

Permanent Mapbox geocoding storage requires an eligible Mapbox account. Leave disabled unless you have confirmed your account terms.

How to Use This Job Manager

This job manager keeps customer requests organized from first contact to paid job.

Status Workflow

NewCustomer submitted a request and needs a reply.
ContactedYou called, texted, or emailed the customer.
QuotedYou gave the customer a price or estimate.
BookedThe job is scheduled. If the customer has an email, they get a booking confirmation.
CompletedThe work is finished. If the customer has an email, they get a follow-up.
PaidThe customer has paid.
Not a FitYou are not taking this job.

Daily Workflow

  1. Open New leads.
  2. Call or text the customer.
  3. Add appointment date/time, quote price, payment status, and notes.
  4. Change status as the job moves forward.
  5. Press Save after making changes.

Add This to Your Phone

  1. Open willgetsitdone.ca/admin/ on your phone.
  2. Log in with your private PIN.
  3. Tap the browser menu.
  4. Choose Add to Home Screen.

Notes

  • Email notifications are enabled through website@willgetsitdone.ca.
  • Use Settings to update the admin PIN when ready.
  • Use Export CSV to download the lead list.
