One-page checklist

Start managing jobs from your phone.

Keep this simple: review requests, confirm the job, keep the customer updated, and close it out when paid.

First Login

  1. Open the Job Manager.
  2. Create a private PIN when prompted.
  3. Use that private PIN for future logins.

Add to Home Screen

  1. Open the admin page on your phone.
  2. Use Safari Share or Chrome menu.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen or Install app.

First Booking Request

  1. Open Requests.
  2. Call or text the customer.
  3. Add quote, appointment, and notes.

Approve or Suggest

  1. Approve Booking when the time is confirmed.
  2. Suggest Time when the customer needs to confirm.
  3. Use the private status link for customer updates.

On The Way

  1. Use On The Way when heading out.
  2. Share Location only when useful.
  3. Stop Track after the trip.

Completed / Paid

  1. Mark the job Completed.
  2. Update payment status.
  3. Archive completed/paid jobs from the default view.
