One-page checklist
Start managing jobs from your phone.
Keep this simple: review requests, confirm the job, keep the customer updated, and close it out when paid.
First Login
- Open the Job Manager.
- Create a private PIN when prompted.
- Use that private PIN for future logins.
Add to Home Screen
- Open the admin page on your phone.
- Use Safari Share or Chrome menu.
- Choose Add to Home Screen or Install app.
First Booking Request
- Open Requests.
- Call or text the customer.
- Add quote, appointment, and notes.
Approve or Suggest
- Approve Booking when the time is confirmed.
- Suggest Time when the customer needs to confirm.
- Use the private status link for customer updates.
On The Way
- Use On The Way when heading out.
- Share Location only when useful.
- Stop Track after the trip.
Completed / Paid
- Mark the job Completed.
- Update payment status.
- Archive completed/paid jobs from the default view.
